it is update day!  this was before my workout.  
my stomach is getting flatter, my abs are starting to become more defined.  my legs are definitely becoming more defined as i have been running, biking, and kickboxing 5x a week.  im in love with my new nikes.
also…my butt.

progress!   :)  my abs are coming back!  this low sodium diet has been helping dramatically already the past few days.
been building lots of muscle. and i’ve been running more so my legs have been slimming down.   RESULTS ARE SO EXCITING

gotta admit i always feel amazing!  rich is truly an intense coach.  
my friend from highschool’s mom caught me after and said i looked great.  in a matter of 2 weeks!  definitely the encouragement i needed :)  super nice to hear when you’re working hard.
